E-Psychometric is the section where one can assess
psychological dimensions like emotional intelligence,
personality, values, leadership style and leadership
potential. These tests are all registered at the Health
Provisions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) which is
listed as test classified as psychological tests. This
list is available at www.hpcsa.co.za.
The E-Competence is the section where various
competencies can be assessed online. These competencies
are based on international research and has been
developed by leading international psychologists in
various fields of psychology, which includes
organizational and research psychology.
The Custom test packages were designed by using a
combination of E-Psychometric and E-Competence
assessments to determine specific job criteria for e.g.
