SALES PERSONALITY TEST
The Sales Personality Test assesses the degree one has
of the skills, attitudes and motivation to make it in a
sales career. Includes where a person fits on various
elements related to sales, like soft skills, success
orientation, mental toughness, organizational skills and
perfectionism.
Sub-scores:
Soft skills: measures interpersonal skills that
determine a person's ability to effectively get along
with and deal with other people. In regards to sales,
these aptitudes include communication, "people" skills,
negotiation and networking.
Success orientation: measures an individual's
resourcefulness, persistence and drive to succeed.
Toughness: measures an individual's ability to cope with
the criticism and rejection that often comes with a
career in sales.
Organization skills: measures organizational skills such
as time management and general orderliness.
Perfectionism: Low perfectionism in sales means a lack
of ambition while high means elevated stress and, often,
low self-esteem.
