Time has always been a limited factor for Human Resource practitioners, especially where tight deadlines forces them to make quick placements. Quick placements without psychometric evaluation to determine important psychological factors could cost a company significantly.

Human Capital Talent has specifically been designed to assist Human Resources practitioners who needs to assess for recruitment and/or development purposes, without having the time to set up assessment centers and or wait days for feedback of the results.

Human Capital Talent gives the Human Resource practitioners the control to decide when they want to assess candidates and ensure reports are ready within 48 hours of assessments. Reports are also extremely user friendly which also means that practitioners do not have to wait for a convenient time for feedback, but that the report would encapsulate all the information needed to make an informed decision without verbal feedback. Verbal telephonic feedback by a registered Psychologist is also available on request.

Various independent test are available, but to make testing easier for non-professionals, test packages are also available which could be used in assessing areas like conflict management, sales positions, administrative positions, stress management and emotional intelligence.
