E-Psychometric
The term E-Psychometric is short for
Electronic Psychometric testing which indicates
assessments that one could use to determine various
psychological dimensions like emotional intelligence,
personality, values, leadership style and leadership
potential, all online. Below is a short description on
the different assessments available.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
The EQ assessment is probably one of the most used tests
on the market. EQ is critical in every walk of life. The
EQ assessment will indicate if a person can manage
stress, communicate effectively with others, be
assertive and empathic, being adaptable, and lastly
indicating the individuals’ overall optimism and
happiness factors which is an indication of the levels
of energy.
Personality
Personality assessments is widely used for recruitment
and teambuilding. This assessment will also indicate the
participants’ preference with regards to extroversion
and introversion, Intuition and sensing, thinking and
feeling, judging and perceiving.
Leadership
The leadership assessment consist of 2 main focus areas.
The first focus is on leadership type, hence indicating
what type of leader this person will be and how he will
lead others. The second focus is on leadership coaching.
This will indicate where development is needed to enable
the participant to be an effective leader. |
