Collection of personally identifiable data

Human Capital Talent and Plumeus Inc does not collect personally identifiable information from any clients without prior consent. ARCH Profile clients are informed about the authorized administrator access to their test results before they take any tests. By taking tests in ARCH Profile, clients implicitly agree with the Terms of use.

Human Capital Talent and Plumeus Inc takes all necessary precautions to protect all information stored in ARCH Profile from unauthorized third parties. This information is secure and protected by a password and login name. Users should keep passwords carefully guarded as they would any other personal information.

The results of each test the clients take are automatically saved in their ARCH Profile account. It is important to note that authorized ARCH Profile administrators (also referred to as Managers) can automatically access individual test results and personal information stored in ARCH Profile. Managers can consult the final scores and sub-scores, as well as the interpretation of results. However, they do NOT have access to answers to individual questions.

The administrator authorized to access the test results and personal information is identified on the ARCH Profile Login page. Human Capital Talent and Plumeus Inc cannot protect this information once the manager has viewed it. It is therefore the test-taker's responsibility to review the privacy policy, and any other relevant information regarding the HR practices of the authorized administrator.
