solely on the results of its tests. Human Capital Talent
attempts to ensure scientific accuracy and construct
validity. However, keep in mind that the evaluation
provided by Human Capital Talent’ tests may not apply to
a particular situation, may overlook specific factors
important in a test-taker’s life and/or may not be
accurate under particular conditions. Human Capital
Talent is not liable for any damages resulting from
legal disputes over HR decisions or other uses of Human
Capital Talent’ tests. It is strongly recommended that
clients consult the concise overview of legal issues
related to employee testing, which is available at
http://www.labour.gov.za.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the
validity and reliability of the tests, only some of the
assessments has undergone scientific assessment WITHIN
SOUTH AFRICA. If you are unsure about any test and it’s
validity within the South African context, please
contact Human Capital Talent for further information.
Human Capital Talent is not responsible for ensuring
that the candidate selected to be assessed is actually
doing the assessment. It is the clients’ responsibility
to ensure that the appropriate person is doing the
assessments. Human Capital Talent is only the provider
of assessments tools and results.
