The tests, services and articles on this site are intended for informational and educational purposes only and by no means can replace human judgment or other sources of information. The services are offered 'AS IS' without any expressed or implied warranties whatsoever. Human Capital Talent and Plumeus Inc's objective is to provide first-rate information, decision-support tools and feedback, as well as to keep content accurate and up-to-date. However, the tools and information in ARCH Profile are neither exhaustive nor definitive and should not be solely relied on when making HR decisions.

2) ARCH Profile Administrators

Users who are assigned (asked to take) tests by ARCH Profile administrators automatically provide said administrators the right to review the test results. Human Capital Talent and Plumeus Inc is not responsible for the use of test results by ARCH Profile administrators. All hiring, interviewing, or decision-making based on test results accessed through an administrator account are the sole responsibility of the administrator. You hereby release and agree to hold harmless Human Capital Talent  and Plumeus, Inc. (the owner of ARCH Profile), its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, advisors, consultants, and assigns from any and all causes of action and claims of any nature resulting from the acts of ARCH Profile administrators.

3) Copyright

All content of ARCH Profile is copyright protected. Any copyright infringement and/or attempt at plagiarism shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
